What we do
HeartPatches supports low-income and unhoused individuals and families in finding sustainable clothing and gender-affirming clothing by running clothing donations, clothing swaps, and free workshops to help people learn valuable skills such as knitting, sewing, repairing, and customising clothing. We also have a hot meal program and run monthly food drives.
